We are actively working on California licensing through the Department of Financial Protection and Innovation (DFPI). California is a top priority market. Join our waitlist to be the first to know when we launch CA programs.
What California markets will you focus on?
We plan to cover all of California — Los Angeles, San Francisco Bay Area, San Diego, Sacramento, the Inland Empire, and all surrounding areas. LA and the IE will likely see our highest volume given the active fix and flip markets.
What loan sizes will be available in California?
California's higher property values mean larger loan amounts. We anticipate offering loans up to $5M to accommodate LA, Bay Area, and San Diego deal sizes, while also serving the more affordable Inland Empire and Central Valley markets.
Will you finance ADU construction in California?
Yes. California's ADU-friendly legislation has created enormous opportunity for investors to add units to existing properties. We plan to offer ADU construction financing as part of our California program suite.
