What Chicago neighborhoods offer the best opportunities?
Chicago's South and West sides offer the most affordable entry points. Neighborhoods like Woodlawn, South Shore, Austin, and Englewood have active fix and flip markets. For rentals, areas like Avondale, Irving Park, and Bridgeport offer good yields. When we launch, we'll cover all of Chicagoland.
How do Illinois property taxes affect investment returns?
