No. AIRE Lending does not currently originate loans on New York properties. We focus our footprint on the 35 states (plus DC) where we operate today. If you have a New York deal, you can join our notification list and we will reach out if we expand into New York.

New York's regulatory environment for private mortgage lending differs from the states we serve. Rather than partially serve the state, we have chosen to focus on markets where our program structure applies cleanly. We may revisit this in the future.
