How does Amazon HQ2 affect Northern Virginia investing?
Amazon's HQ2 in Arlington has brought thousands of high-paying jobs to Northern Virginia, driving up both property values and rents. The surrounding areas — Crystal City, Pentagon City, Columbia Pike — have seen significant development. When we launch, NoVA will be a key market.
Is Richmond a good investment market?
Richmond has emerged as one of the most attractive mid-size cities on the East Coast. Affordable relative to DC, a growing tech and creative sector, and strong rental demand from VCU and medical center employees make it an excellent market for both flips and rentals.
What about military housing in Hampton Roads?
Hampton Roads has the largest concentration of military personnel in the country. Norfolk, Virginia Beach, and Chesapeake have enormous rental demand from service members and their families. When we launch, military-area rentals will be a focus.
